Gee, if by not voting for the zen party you vote for the zen party, does that mean that you don't have to be eligible to vote in the us to vote for the zen party? It's the fencepost nostril lamp guacamole tax plan. And I like it a lot. It makes sense by not making sense. And I agree, Gizen: vote zen, that way you don't have to be of age! I know how I'm going to vote by not-voting in 2004.
