It seems like a "Millie" thing to say to me. Usually, what Llewellyn says doesn't make sense at all, whereas what Millie said does make sense, on some complex level only DCS can understand.

Just for the sake of linkage - Here. And also here... and I've only just noticed, on BOTH occasions, Jeremy couldn't beat him up. Maybe he should try it more often :P
