Millie and Locke
In my opinion, this is one of those questions best left unanswered. Personaly, I had thought that since it was Ms. Mudd, who ages like we do, gave birth to Millie, she aged as we did. (actually, I had not given it any thought until I saw this, but I guess it was in the back of my mind somewhere) After all, Ms. Mudd giving birth to a fully grown woman would seem rather... difficult. I also thought perhaps, this had crossed my mind, that inside the coutch, being an alternate dimension with obviosly different standards on time, everyone would be effected in some manner, growing younger or staying the same age i dunno. I voted Ask Simpson, but I'd rather leave it unanswered. To much information may destroy the magic of it.
If you've done things right, people won't be sure if you've done anything at all.

I think scince the characters don't age that millie will stay the same age.

Also Millie didn't know that people aged backwards until it was explained to her. That leeds me to believe that she grew up like everyone else around her. Therefore she ages foward at-leat outside the couch.

As far as what David Craig Simpson whould know: I think he knows about as much as we do ... and that is he has no fudging idea.

Hm...I think that the reverse aging process of the Innercouch seems to be limited to folks born there. Remember the plotline where Millie and Locke traded places for a day? If reverse aging happened to anyone in there, there would probably be some remark from Ozy along the lines of, "Funny, you look a couple hours younger," when he sees Millie again.
...Then again, being Ozy, he might just have let it slide. Who knows? I suppose we'll have to wait for a tangentially related story from Llewellyn to figure it out.
I'd say that Millie apparently was born, so she was at some time younger than she is now. Since so far, she manages to age to a ten-year-old, it's safe to assume she is aging like the people outside of the couch. I had to say Millie ages normally, but not strictly for the reason listed in the poll.

I wonder somehow if there would be an adult that is somehow spawned under the couch that can later turn out to be Locke's mom or dad or Millie's reverse-aging "twin". That would make one mixed up family tree, that's for sure.

As for whether reversed aging were able to take effect on anyone that wanders into the couch, that remains to be seen. If that were the case, Locke could simply have stayed outside of the couch with Ms. Mudd, or Ms. Mudd could have gone to the couch with Locke... as long as they stay together, they would age the same. Unfortunately that wasn't going to work. If it did, it could also provide a mechanism to explain why no one in the strip ages. Say Millie decides to hold a summer vacation on Lewellyn's property every year, and enough time is spent by all of the guests in the couch to cancel out all of the aging they did the rest of the year...

But since Millie or Ozy havn't been there for a long period of time it's hard to tell if it does affect anyone.

More along the line of Mork from Mork and Mindy, Funny how Robin Williams has played both Petter Pan and Mork.
