Well, Ive noticed that a cartoon features two young foxes (Ozy is an arctic fox), both friends, and one boy one girl. They could even be said to look similar (but worse).

The cartoon i speak of is "Fixi and Foxi"

I think its high time that some corporation out there learns that its just not right to steal an idea and hope feverantly that nobody will notice. Thats why I hope to stir things up.

EXHIBIT A: OZYMANDIUS J. LLEWELLYN and MILLICENT MUDD:

EXHIBIT B: FIXI and FOXI

I think theres a lawsuit in it somewhere

First of all, there's no real similarity between the two.

Second of all, the concept of friendship and foxes aren't copyrighted, so you have no hope there.

Third of all, look at the post-2000-redesign style then try the case again.

Unless you're saying the Fixi and Foxi ripped off O&M, which probably isn't the case either.

Then comes the idea that you may be joking and thus, I have raised my post count.

Ugh, the artwork for Fixi and Foxi...I don't like that style at all.

Yea, fox friends are far from being exclusive to O&M, so no lawsuit. Thankfully. Lawsuits are messy.

My spindle of CD-Rs could take them easily... provided you drop it off of a high enough point.

Hey, if it weren't for Robin Hood there, the Hampster Dance would be VERY different. Hm.. Another reason to have issues with Disney.

Ack! I see no resemblance between "Fixi & Foxi" and "Ozy & Millie." So, any attempted lawsuit would be a complete waste of time and effort.
If Fixi and Foxi have a copywrite on looking dumb then I think O&M is still safe.
