EDIT: And we're all wrong. In "The Big Book of Ancient, Semi-Coherent Wisdom" said pic is identified by DCS as
Paul Allen. Clearly it's Allen in his younger, hairier days.

I knew it wasn't Peter Jackson, but I'd never have guessed a software entrepreneur. Of course, I shouldn't have been thinking about DCS's favorite things. This is the household of Avery and Timulty. I don't know what their parents are like, but I imagine they're not much like DCS.
