T-shirts ... I just realized this

Postby Steve the Pocket » Sat Mar 29, 2008 10:27 pm

Ozy and Millie has a ton of strips that include massive amounts of pure randomness. Which I love.

But there are no shirts that reference those strips! The closest we really have are the ones with Llewellyn saying "That which does not kill me makes me stranger." Seriously, who here wouldn't want a shirt that says-a-like:

FLOOBA FLOOBA FLOOBA FLOOBA FLOOBA FLOOBA
FLOOBA FLOOBA FLOOBA FLOOBA FLOOBA FLOOBA
FLOOBA FLOOBA FLOOBA FLOOBA FLOOBA FLOOBA
FLOOBA FLOOBA FLOOBA FLOOBA FLOOBA FLOOBA
FLOOBA FLOOBA FLOOBA FLOOBA FLOOBA FLOOBA
FLOOBA FLOOBA FLOOBA FLOOBA FLOOBA FLOOBA

or maybe:

ARMADILLO! ARMADILLO!
THE CHEESE FROM ZIMBABWE
HAS LUGUBRIOUSLY
FLATTENED MY POPCORN!

or the ever-popular:

rutabegas ARE COOL

or even the panel of Millie yoinking Ozy's spring with the caption "THE FIRST ROBBIN' OF SPRING."

Seriously, I don't know why this just now finally occurred to me, but with all the shirts out there with silly random slogans on them, it's kind of surprising that D.C. never thought to tap this market. There's plenty of source material.

I wouldn't mind a shirt with FLOOBA written on it on both the front and back, lots of times.

The FLOOBA shirt sounds interesting. :D

I'm holding out for a shirt that reads "TOTE BAG!"

I want a T-shirt that has that infamous ever-changing sign.

I'll take an excerpt of the strip where most of the dialog is censored by a dragon conspiracy. What remains is plenty random.

I'd only wear a shirt that has every O&M comic on it ever. That'd be badass.
Who sleeps shall awake, greeting the shadows from the sun
Who sleeps shall awake, looking through the window of our lives
Waiting for the moment to arrive...
Show us the silence in the rise,
So that we may someday understand...

My favorite is Millie's nightmare after reading the "A" section of the dictionary..

That would be a pretty big shirt...

Either that, or each strip would be the size of Millie's molecule collection...

I wouldn't mind one, as long as the strips were visible XD

Truthfully, I draw enough attention to myself as it is. With O&M shirts of such randomness, I'd feel like thousands of eyes were burning holes in me. SInged flesh...not the best smell in the world.

Annual ones might be possible. You can fit a lot on a shirt - although not with Cafepress.

I want a t-shirt with a stylised/cartoony jackal on with the slogan underneath - "A crushing blow".

To anyone not sure why, I direct you to:
