Well, OF COURSE he drew it. Does anyone else draw Keenspot newsboxes for O&M? It's quite obviously his style, so why what would have made you think a fan might have drawn it?

I think "speciesist" is the most logical form, if a bit hard to say. If you want full understandability, you can add a hyphen. My only problem with "specist" is that it can get mistaken for "specious" pretty easily.
Alternatively, you can say "mammal chauvinist" like in my comic this week.
