I'm just curious how these things spread. Word of mouth? Accident? Random surfing? How did you first come across O&M?

I first heard about it on another, completely unrelated message board (it was a marching band fourm, of all things). A person had an O&M banner in his sig, but I never checked it out until he put a comic in his sig (he put in "Witchfraft!"). I got curious about it and checked it out, and here I am today. Needless to say, my life was forever altered that day.

Share your story? Do you even have a story?

I was looking at a furry comics thread on a message board, and everyone was raving on and on about O&M, so I checked it out and was immediatly hooked. I'm not sure exactly when that happened, but I think it was December 2002.

On another message board somebody made a post in the off topic section about 10 or so of their favorite webcomics. I started checking them out, and O&M was one of them. Hooked since Feb. 7th of this year. (I just searched Executioner Millie to get the date.)

Look like most of us found it from other forums.

There was this guy asking for furry artwork and I can't remember why but the Ozy and Millie link was in there and I don't remember why I clicked on it because I hardly ever click on links which are basicly ads, but I clicked on it and boom I was hooked just like that.

I had seen a couple strips here and there by random people viewing it... but wasn't hooked until I clicked on a link in Midnights AIM away message to a great little strip called "Attention Defficit Disorder". I'd put the link up, but O&M seems to be down at the moment. Upon reading this, i coudn't help but recall so many childhood memories, experiences, and overall thought patters... well, what patterns there were! So, i clicked on, and eventually within 2-4 days had read the whole archive. I actually started about two days after Simpson started reposting strips.

There was a link from a Dungeons & Dragons message board to this strip. Curious, I clicked the link, read the strip, laughed heartily, read the archives in a weekend, and ordered all 4 books (before the fifth book was available, obviously). That was in June.

I wish I knew who posted the link in the first place, I'd like to thank them. <img src='

On this past August, after a couple days of my favorite chatroom The Pork being, loyal members were rewarded with two weeks of special membership... On one Thursday, after making icons (because all of a sudden, I had a use for 'em), I thought I'd finally visit one ofthe webcomics a friend was linking to and laughing about.. I forget what comic it was, but that wasn't important. I was clikcing a couple links, opening a bunch of windows in the process and then happened upon a button with O&M.. Looked interesting, so I paid it a visit. I liked it right away, and I'd say the first one I really read was linked from the News explaining what "inryowdib" meant (See Compressed Speech.) After going backwards in the archives for a while that night, I decided the next day to read them all, saving the images along the way. I am happy to say that they were all read, downloaded, and saved by that Monday.

Just a few weeks ago, someone on the nationstates.net forums made a political cartoons thread, and someone posted this one there...I later downloaded the archives and am still reading through them. I'm now in late 2000.

It must have been early 2001, while reading RPG World, I saw one of those Keenspot banners advertising other random comics. I saw O&M's banner and decided to see what it was. (Good timing, too. O&M left Keepspot shortly afterwards.)
