Notion popped into my head last night that it would be nice to be able to purchase Ozy and Millie greetings cards online.

You know the sort... Birthday, congratulations, commisserations, get well soon, graduation, etc...

Just kinda curious if I'm alone in thinking this.

It would also be kind of fun if we made our own.

It all depends on the scene or joke... I'd buy em!

Ahh, but copyright issues would prevent us from doing so, especially if you intend to sell them. I suppose if we want to encourage their existence, we could suggest some desirable cards to DC Simpson for inclusion in his Cafepress store.

Well, I'd want a "Wishing you a speedy recovery" card, considering that's what put the idea into my head.

(Subtle difference between that and get well soon. It's a bit difficult to get will if the person is injurred instead of ill)

I want a zen card.

One that says "I sent you this for I reason I chose to forget" or something :wag:

Anything but me. I've been way too tired to post. It's generaly 100F here and working outside all day, getting so freaking dirty too. Trying to stay caught up, hoping to post some pictures once I get off my fat @$$. I've been sleeping for 12 hours everyday. Either it's the heat, or I'm just getting lazy.

what's with 'get well soon'? why not 'get well now'?...

well, "get well now" is a demand. "I hope that you get well now" makes no sense because if they were to get well because of the card then the card would become irrelevant the moment it was recieved. Besides, Usually one is given a "get well soon" card if they have an illness that will take a while before they are well, and it's hoping that you will get well sooner than later. Understand?
