Figurines at 'N'Toonz

This is the site I was talking about before, that makes the figurines of comic strip characters. Like I said before, it appears to be low quality, high price. It also seems to require the customer to custom-commission the sculptures (click any comic, and then go to its Order page, to see what I mean). Not sure how that works. But anyway, y'all were talking about figurines as a possibility for O&M merch, so here you go. http://www.ntoonz.com/

I'm currently working with N'Toonz twords the development of statuettes based on my own stuff. I don't think that 45 bucks is bad for a custom sculpt at all, though I'm going back and forth to make sure they look right, as the first stuff I got really was off model.

I'd like to see how a Ozy & Millie piece might come out.

yeah, I think this one was actually the first one people suggested on the boards a while ago. Still looks like a good one, if only Dana would use them...

Schweetness, I'd love an Isabel figurine on my desk to remind me to draw stuff :wag:

Especially for under 25 quid. That's less than 2 CDs over here.

I love the Exchange Rate

Hm, so you mean I can actually get my own Llewellyn inaction figure? Cool!

I thought 'macquette' sounded a little classier (even if I'm not sure how to spell it). But 'inaction figure' seems to be catching on, too, so okay.

well, we call it an inaction figure because of a specific strip in which there was an "inaction figure" of Llewellyn. :P the novel name also is what makes it such a desired item over others.

This reeks of awesome sauce. Like Ozy and Millie figurines would really get people stopping by and saying "Um... whats that supposed to be?"

Generally, Great Britian. Land of big furry hats, the Beatles, Monty Python, and weird cuisine.

And blue police boxes with a tendency to travel through time and space.

Actually we're all referring to this specific strip.

They also sometimes contain a silly man with a loud scarf.

I figured that was assumed when we mentioned police boxes with the tendency to travel through space and time.
