I'm willing to guess it's just Llewellyn. Which would make this phobia even sillier, being a dragon and whatnot.

Rubber chickens are actually the key to many Dragon Conspiracies. But you didn't hear it from me.

Llewellyn is such a non-conformist, even towards his relatives!

At least it's good to see that he got over the fear.

I am thinking the phobias were related.. I mean the anxiety over rubber chickens could have been related to the fact it was used to buy enlightenment from Shelley.

It seems that Llewellyn has a phobia of rubber chickens only. The chicken hat he wears occasionally, therefore, must not be made of rubber.

Hmm... maybe there is a background story. Llewellyn fears dentists because he experienced an age when dentists were actually more gruesome and horrible than, uh, say, broccoli. Maybe, way past mankind, giant rubber chickens roamed the open plains in search for dragons to eat!

It is also possible that a rubber chicken caused the dinosaurs to extinct. Dinosaurs could be, I daresay, in some way related to dragons, so it is only natural Llewellyn fears rubber chickens. Though I am not quite clear exactly how rubber chickens could do that. But just wait. Sooner or later, We will find out...

Wait! A thought just formed in my mind: A rubber chicken is, in every respect, absolutely harmless. If it were a ZEN rubber chicken, however, it could do ANYTHING. Yes, that must be the reason Llewellyn is so scared of rubber chickens... Who knows what they could do to him?

Origination and current use are completely different things.

As for a fear of rubber chickens, the implication is that the dragons were offering the Rubber Chicken to get rid of it before Llewellyn did something insane, like, take an 18 year vacation from conspiracies to raise a kid in order to get away from them.

Guess they never got rid of the rubber chicken, then, afterall.

I don't get it. Llewellyn is afraid of rubber chickens, yet he wears a chicken hat...

Congratulations, Ruedii. You are probably the first person I have *ever* seen or heard of taking the extremely common word "idiot" so freaking literally, or anything, for that matter. Seriously, you win the prize.

AND ANOTHER THING!
The whole chicken-hat phobia has always been kind of a plot-hole to me. Since he wears the chicken hat every once and a while and all. Either that or he got rid of his phobia a couple of days after that was said. Or something.

A live chicken? I hope it's wearing a diaper or something, those birds are messy. Ewww.....
