To go along with the previously-seen teenage Millie pic, we now have a teenage Ozy pic (from DCS's LiveJournal):

I like it, it's very good. Yes, he's wearing pants. Apparently he's the correct age for that.

Now that we've seen them both, I'm hoping DCS writes a story or two of O&M in their teen years for Book 6.

This is getting really interesting. I concur about the book 6 idea.

Hmm...apart from the pants and his length, I think he is exactly the same Ozy as the one we know.

Well, other than his demeaner seems to have changed from 'serenely placid' to 'serenely mischevous in a somewhat Llewellynesque way. Without the sneezing flameballs'

So he's a mix of Ozy's serenity, Millie's mischeviousness, and Llewellyn's wisdom.

That's a triple-threat right there.

And I really like that drawing.

Quote: (DCS's LiveJournal)

See, I knew that, whether or not I put pants on him, it would be the first thing anyone commented on. :>

How nice! I like the look on his face. He looks like he has managed to retain most of his sanity through his early teens, and I suppose Millie has rubbed off on him a little, judging by the grin.

Good thing D.C. chose to give him pants. But why not dress pants? To match the vest and hat.

Teen Ozy looks surprizingly like what I expected. And the jeans look right. Quite a good look for him, yes yes.

It'll probably take me a lot longer to get used to teenage Millie even if Ozy is the one that looks more noticably different.

How I would love to see a comic with teenage O&M.

jeans kinda go, don't they? I now see him getting a VW camper van and travelling around the world with a guitar posting off weekly columns to some newspaper.
The end is nigh!

Just to point this out, the color of Ozy's jeans and the colored stripe on his hat are nearly identical.

And I think you guys are right... Ozy definately has some of Millie and Llewellyn rubbing off onto him...

But what about Isolde? hasn't she made her impact on Ozy...?

Edit: Never mind... it's just another large-scale dragon conspiracy.

He looks SO MUCH HAPPIER than he does when he is 10. Therefore that makes me happy.
I'm happy! Wheee

Who sleeps shall awake, looking through the window of our lives
Waiting for the moment to arrive...
Show us the silence in the rise,
So that we may someday understand...
