From Revan's uncertain tone, I surmise that Ozy might not know what the Chinese text says. Not that he'd be so embarrassed to claim gay pride, but if he meant something else, like "Down with English-only policy," it would be a tad depressing.

The only reason I can see Millie wanting Ozy to wear pants is that she has another holiday season shenanigan in mind.

He just looks like a kid from a poor family there. I guess at the time DCS hadn't thought out the whole adopted-by-wealthy-dragon thing.
