Ozy and Millie: the Movie
I guess I'm wrong. It would work as a film. I was reading the Monty Python autobiography (I don't know if anyone else actually knows anything about MP, bloody yanks ), and they said that 'The Search for the Holy Grail' didn't have a plot - there was just one goal, to find the Holy Grail. Anything that happened along the way was, of course, complete nonsense. Maybe that kind of thinking could be applied to an O&M film. But you'd need a central goal of some kind (vanquishing evil? ).

I'd just like to say I think the movie would spoil the whole atmosphere - it works best as a strip with short story arcs, and besides, the voices are your own. If it was animated, it would have to remain silent, in case it ruined peoples' imagined voices (*Kicks Harry Potter films very hard for employing actors in the first place - ok, i know its kinda hypocritic but i don't care*) . It wouldn't see except to devoted fans. That's why I didn't read the whole thread because ppl were suggesting voices.
The end is nigh!

It's alright to have a clear goal and get there by any means possible (Holy Grail), but a film with no plot, no storyline, just doesn't work. There would be no ultimate ending - it would just be a big convoluted nothing, with an anti-climax at the end.

Incidentally, The Holy Grail never actually finishes properly either, because they ran out of money.

Why can;t ther just be a bunch of un-conected crazzyness. I think that woudl work as qwell. There dosn;t need to bve some over arching scheam. Ozy and Millie woudl be that. I kow I would be rocking out of my chair laughing so hard my splean exits trhoguh my nose. The random\ness can asist that.

I think that would work more as a TV series - you have one 'storyline' per show. Films really do need some plot, or they fall down fast.
