This is completely unrelated, but it is a conspiracy I made up on the spot once (it's amazing what you can do when you just start rambling).

Back in 8th grade (that would be 00-01), I took the DSTP (that's Delaware Student Testing Program [I live in Delaware for those who didn't catch on]), and during a portion of the reading section we were given instructions and facts about sprained ankles and how to heal them (the goal being to see how we could analyze instructions). Well, oddly, that year, I knew of 5 separate people that had sprained their ankles. My conspiracy was that the instructions in the test were incorrect and that following them would cause improper healing and permament damage. Kids follow the advise, and now there's a whole generation of physically challenged kids who can't walk, there's no labor, we lose market share to the Japanese, the economy tanks, and the school board flees to Canada with all the money. That was just a stupid conspiracy I came up with in about 5 seconds when I was rambling to a friend. I bet no one gets it.

Quite a conspiracy, but I don't see how it works.
The school board currently has shares in the stock market. Now, when the self-injured children enter the workforce, (and the teachers know when, since they have access to the students academic success) they sell of their stocks, make their money, and watch the stock market crash as they sit in Canada. They will then return to USA and demand all acadamia to follow under THEM.

Of course, they can't be sued, because they never gave anyone bad information, they only gave out unreliable THEORETICAL information, which, by definition, doesn't need to be accurate.

And, best of all: providing the details of a conspiricy to its victims is a conspiricy in itself. They can't touch me! (Nya nya )
Still mostly here.

Actuly I think they can be sued. They gave out instructions to harm other people. That's acesory to medical malpractice or something like that.
