but in <a href='http://www.ozyandmillie.org/1998/om19981013.html' target='_blank'>early 1998 strips</a>, Ozy wore a shirt under his vest.... didn't realize it until I was looking through the first book... too bad DCS got rid of it.... Several of the early strips <a href='http://www.ozyandmillie.org/history/' target='_blank'>here</a> have Ozy with pants. Though they seem to slowly "disentigrate" as time progresses.
