just because they're not of our own doesn't mean they're not one way as defined and not an undefined way. they have socks but don't wear them on their feet. nobody tries to defy that rule.

Is there something that says Locke was born in the other world? Maybe the other world reverse ages people until they reach that sweet spot age, and then stay as long as they live there. Maybe Locke was born in the real O&M world, and grew up, and then after he met Millie's mom he found his way through the vortex and got young again.

Well actually he was from the other world before he met Millies mom. It is stated in the story arc in which Millie discovers that Locke is her dad.
