I remember Caigan mentionong once in the chat that he's busy with another move and House Rules is on hiatus for a few weeks. I don't know any specifics.

When i go onto Houserules the backround is all black and the images are down

I think all the files are still there, just a strange homepage. Perhaps he accidently uploaded the wrong site to the server?
