One, cute joke. Two, slightly annoying joke because for some reason DCS gives animals navels these days even though that doesn't make any sense.

Three, I really like how Ozy is drawn there.

Mammals do have navels, though they don't necessarily resemble the human variety. So Ozy would have one, though it would be hidden under all that fur. So yes, that was a good joke.
