FRACTAS MEA VITA

Teozo, aderat Manchester
qui cibum edit velociter;
devoravit sex oves(acc),
tergum redit nobis
sed coaegresbat vehementer
Teozo (he visited Manchester)
who ate food quickly
ate six eggs
brought the skins back to us
but he angrily became sick at the same time

Or something.

Me han dicho que he dicho un dicho,
pero ese dicho no dicho yo,
porque si ese dicho yo dicho,
estaba un muy buen dicho.

(Hopefully I remembered that correctly.)
Translation:
They've told me that I've said a saying,
but that saying I did not say,
because if I said that saying,
it was a very good saying.

It's a bit longer than that, but you have an acceptable version.
Though you forgot a few articles and participles.

Me han dicho que he dicho un dicho,
pero ese dicho no lo he dicho yo,
porque si ese dicho yo lo hubiese dicho,
estaba un muy buen dicho.

The last line is "it was very well said" and the article "un" is incorrect, because that last "dicho" is not a noun, but a verb due to you using "estaba" (forcefully combines with another verb), so if you wanted it to be a noun, then you would have used "era", not "estaba".

Me han dicho que he dicho un dicho,
tal dicho no lo he dicho yo.
Porque si yo hubiera dicho el dicho,
bien dicho habría estado el dicho
por haberlo dicho yo.

Yeah, it's been a few years since I learned the saying. Sorry. (I'm kind of rusty.)

And I forgot to post "Mahali Kalikimaka" on Christmas. (I think that's how it was spelled. I haven't even considered Hawaiian in ages.)
