Mouth so I can eat things, and I can't see my horribly disfigured face in the mirror or hear myself starve to death (cuz if I chose ears I wouldn't have a mouth)

Me never coming back for real instead of being offline for a week straight or everyone consistently remembering to ask a question after their answer?

Mechanical, because those can be used on Scantrons as well, and don't need to be sharpened.

Watch cells, whether it be watching jail inmates (for laughs) or watching animal cells. Either one would be more interesting than selling bootleg Rolexxxes.
