That's DCS
Moderator:Æron
I've been genuinely curious about this for a while now.
For as long as I can remember, people around me, including myself, have used the phrase, "DCS has changed man" to show empathy to problems with Define Cynical or to some tragedy relating to Millie of sorts. Here is an example of a made-up interaction between two people using said phrase:
Guy 1: "Aw man, the ending to O&M sucked."
Guy 2: "DCS has changed man."
About a few years ago or so, I stumbled upon an article (I can't remember where exactly, but I know it was a stupid teenager site) that talked about how offensive it was to the person whenever someone used the phrase "DCS has changed man" or any variations of it involving the word 'DCS' as a way to express how a situation or thing sucks.
I know this is a dumb poll, and totally unnecessary, but I'm really curious if anyone here (especially those who are fans or consider themselves "interested") actually gets offended by the phrase.
Note: I suddenly see some problems arising if there are people who actually get offended by that phrase... oh well. No flaming D:<

Re: That's DCS
Damn, this thread reminded me that I'd forgotten to post my annual National rutabega Month thread that I do every January. So I went to their site to see what I'd missed and I was worrying for nothing because you know what?
2010 is the INTERNATIONAL YEAR OF THE rutabega!
Since "r u t a b a g a" wordfilters to "rutabega" the link doesn't work, just change the spelling in the adress bar and it'll connect.

In honor of the INTERNATIONAL YEAR OF THE rutabega I nominate that we all put rutabegas in our avatars.

c'mon you just have to open up photoshop/GIMP/MS Paint and stick in a rutabega over your own avatar. It's easy, look:
