Do you mean we draw whatever the music we're listening to inspires us to draw? If so, I'm down with that.

It could be interpreted in that fashion, yes.

If you really did feel anything from a piece a music then you would know what to draw.

no. If you really read my post from this drawing night you would see that I drew exactly what were in the reference pictures provided for the night.

I like the idea, especially that it gives way to more artistic freedom.

I rather like the topics being more spontaneous though (happening right before Drawing Night commences). That way it forces me not to dwell on the subject before hand, like I tend to do with art normally.

I think it'd be kind of interesting to pick a particular song (preferably an instrumental) for everyone to reference and see how we all interpret it.

In fact, to be honest, I think those are the only parameters in which I'd go along with this.
Who sleeps shall awake, greeting the shadows from the sun
Who sleeps shall awake, looking through the window of our lives
Waiting for the moment to arrive...
Show us the silence in the rise,
So that we may someday understand...

I dig that, so long as it's not, like, MEHTUL or something.

MEHTUL isn't all I listen to, you know.
Who sleeps shall awake, greeting the shadows from the sun
Who sleeps shall awake, looking through the window of our lives
Waiting for the moment to arrive...
Show us the silence in the rise,
So that we may someday understand...

Of course it is.

It's just that the plebs don't understand.
Who sleeps shall awake, greeting the shadows from the sun
Who sleeps shall awake, looking through the window of our lives
Waiting for the moment to arrive...
Show us the silence in the rise,
So that we may someday understand...
