use the search engine for the marty thread. it's DC's second or third meme. it's the only one that still survives.

Time to restyle the site as the forum for the Marty comic strip which will sweep the internet, win every award and paint all cucumbers.
I was all for the idea of reskinning the site and dumping this and the "Ozy and Millie" forums into a locked "Archive" category. But, if there are going to be more periodic comics fairly soon, as D.C. implies, we'll still be needed as a fan forum.

Cue objections from the resident trolls.

I agree. However, we can remain an OM fansite and still be a Marty fansite. we just have to have a secondary Marty skin that isn't the default, and add a new forum to the bottom of the Comic Discussion section.

well, it can never not be an OM fansite as long as it's the same community. But, since OM is dead now me might as well have something else to keep bringing in a fanbase. Simply put, it won't be any fun if three years from now we only get a new member once every few months.

You know, you're right. I mean, we need more people like Segovia in this forum, one a month simply isn't enough.

Whatever you guys do to this forum, I really don't mind. I just go with the flow. Even if it includes reading another comic. I'm always looking for more comics to read.

Ozy and Millie is still going to exist as a comic so as long as new people keep coming to see the comic the chance remains that they will visit the forum. A better way to get people to come to the forum would be to make it more active and friendly towards new users.

that's kind of hard to do, when most of the new members like Ozy & Millie

I think what keeps this forum alive is the healthy flow of new members that are die hard O&M fans that are easy targets for the IRC douches. We need a new furry comic that brings in more people like TyVulpine. Maybe we could all migrate to the Better Days fansite? (if it exists)

Only other furry webcomic I read is Lackadaisy. Well, and VGCats, but that hardly counts, I feel.

Maybe I could START a...no, that will only end poorly, haha.

Let me get this straight. "furry comics" are comics that are anamorphic?

by MuffinSticks
Well yeah, that's the exact definition of furry.
Anthropomorphic btw

Haha, anamorphic. Anamorphic means "without shape", more or less. Anthropomorphic means "human shape".

Anyway, anthropomorphic ≠ furry. Furry ⊊ anthropomorphic. Anthropomorphic includes other things that I wouldn't call furry, such as "were"/therian, and, well, The Brave Little Toaster is anthropomorphic (just not anthropomorphic animals--anthropomorphic appliances).

In that case I read nothing but anthramorphic comics.
My Cage being the main one. The only comic I read that isn't anthramorphic is I guess Sequiental Art but even that is partially anthramorphic.
