To Georgia Coyote: If Felicia weren't a shallow sheep, would she be a deep sheep?

To Im A Waffle: There's actually a whole page dedicated to perky Goths here.
Signature? You mean I'm supposed to put some meaningless block of text here?

I do like that the other goths are knobheads. That's...fitting.

Wow, I never thought I would find myself saying this, but I feel so bad for Felicia right now.

I don't. It's about time she was on the receiving end of all the rejection she's helped heap on the protagonists.

All that's left is for Jeremy to run afoul of the hammer of poetic justice. Then I can properly enjoy the schadenfreude.

You know, most goths I've known have been quite chirpy.
Yes.
Who sleeps shall awake, greeting the shadows from the sun
Who sleeps shall awake, looking through the window of our lives
Waiting for the moment to arrive...
Show us the silence in the rise,
So that we may someday understand...

I think it all depends on how you define a goth.

A type of architecture charicterized by wearing dark clothes and writing depressing poetry, yes?
That which does not kill me, cripples me for life.

In a way I can't help but be sympathetic--I was a social pariah of sorts for a while, so it's sympathy by association, if you will.

See, here Felicia goes, actually trying to be something different (even if superficially); in the process she loses her friends, and now her "peers" have no interest in her at all. So she's between a couple of social norms--two goth-esque to be a clique girl, too bubbly-perky to be a teenygoth...

This leaves her smack in the same territory as Ozy, Millie, and Avery, really, exactly where she didn't want to be.

Somewhere in the back of my mind I see either Ozy or Avery pulling her out of this. I hope against my common nature that we don't see Felicia as a cliquer again. That and I doubt Blue would take the easy way out of the situation.

Sigh. Entirely too much concern for a cartoon character!

It happens a lot around here. Were you watching our reactions from the previous arc about Jeremy's bullying?

Also, welcome to DC! Feel free to make a post in the Airport forum introducing yourself.
