I think my favorite so far is 10-year old Felicia. It just seems really accurate/well-drawn. I think it's kind of odd that Ozy got his ear pierced, though.
Man, whats most annoying about all of this is I like how Ozy is drawn in his oldest rendition EXCEPT for the hat, glasses, and scarf! I hadn't actually gotten to see ozy's until now~!
This forum is going to scar me. D:
I hadn't noticed the pierced ear until now, and upon looking at it a second time, Ozy seems quite.... effeminate here, in the way the face is drawn.

yeah, to me, Ozy feels like DCS is trying to live through him, kind of like in the Sims. giving him dumb clothing DCS likes, but that wouldn't have been part of his wardrobe until the past few years when DCS started overlooking the OM continuity in place of whatever she wanted...

Older Ozy is perfectly attired to perform beat poetry in a smoky coffee shop.

Can't be. Ozy's still a dude.

Not by much, by the looks of it.

Least he hasn't gone down the uber uncharicteristically girly route Millie has, which is an obvious reflection of the path taken by the author.

Part of me wants to say "What wardrobe?"

Is this so uncommon really? I'd guess many comic artists attire certain characters they like, or they want the audience to like, both in a way to show their traits but also because they themselves prefer that clothing.

I normally would be fine with that and decide whether I liked the strip or not accordingly, but when you take into consideration the fact that OM is ten years old, changes like that caused by what seems like a huge personality change on DCS's part are not well received by me.

However, the characters have their own personality, created through the 10 years of the strip. These changes for Ozy and Millie seem way out of character. Millie was supposed to be uncomfortable in dresses, and I cannot see Ozy becoming that pretentious down the line. I do not know if there is anyone DCS trusts who is saying, "wait, this is not working", but I doubt it.

People change, and it seems Dana thought the characters should change as well.

If someone said "this is not working" DCS wouldn't trust them anymore.

DCS is like Michael Jackson, no one who was close enough to him had the balls to tell him to stop doing destructive things, and make sure he didn't.

DCS is like Michael Jackson.
