An inflatable buddha (Warning: Not a life saving device, just a soul-saving one).
Well, Christianity has Plastic Jesus.

This reminds me of a stand-up act I saw on TV once back in my freshman year of college. A bunch of my friends and I were sitting in the TV lounge one lunch hour, when the comedian starts a routine about Mass, including "snack time" and "Jeez-its". The whole room was rofl'ing, myself included, and I don't usually even lol. I wish I remembered the guy's name so I could see it again.

edit; After some searching, I found a YouTube video of it. The comedian's name is Dane Cook. It was just as funny as I remembered it.
It is a mistake to fancy that horror is associated inextricably with darkness, silence, and solitude. I found it in the glare of midafternoon, in the clangour of a metropolis...

I have yet to decide if I like the Biblical action figures or not. It just seems weird to me.

They're just little statues of religious people. Worship them and make a burnt offering every once in a while and things should be fine

Burning things solves all problems. Religion says so so it must be true!

The only trouble is getting my hands on an unblemished calf to set on fire.

Particularly one of appropriate size. They just don't make six-inch cattle these days. (Although I've heard there's a species of deer that's roughly palmtop sized. Perhaps that would do, but I'm guessing it's endangered or something.)

As far as I know, the smallest deer is the leaf muntjac, and it isn't QUITE that small.

Do foxes sweat? I know dogs don't, so if foxes don't either then really they wouldn't have to bath very often. It seems most everyday grime could be brushed out without much problem.
If things with fur sweatted they'd get really damp under a fur coat

it's miserable (And sometimes dangerous if you're in a wilderness survival type setting!) to be wet under insulation and working hard; can't cite a source Ive forgotten :(
