...no it's not. As for the song matter in question, that Twisted Sister song is just about standing up to authority, which kinda does tie in as one of the themes in Ozy and Millie. If you're just saying the association is that bad simply because you don't like the band/song, then that is completely irrelevant, since its just your personal opinion.

I don't think so. I believe in free speech and the democratic process but I would still use a time machine to shoot Hitler. We are talking about the greater good for humanity.
eh?

we were talking about a second rate hair MEHTUL band, and a obscure webcomic about anthromorphic foxes.

I once read a LiveJournal entry where the writer took a "What 80s band are you?" quiz. One of the commenters got Twisted Sister, and their description went "...and you don't take s--t from anyone. Unfortunately you're gonna have to, because your image isn't so much intimidating as it is hilarious."

And besides, the opening scene from their music video is simply a riot.

The rest of the video is pretty funny, too.

Maybe it's my predilection for music in E major, but I actually like the song... as something to play about once every ten years.

Killing Hitler wouldn't have excised the problems that allowed him to get into power. Germany needed a good hard spanking, followed by reconstruction to do that.
That which does not kill me, cripples me for life.

And the song sounds musically very similar to "O Come All Ye Faithful," of all things.

Twisted Sister recorded a version of "O Come All Ye Faithful" where in the middle of the song they start playing "We're not Going to Take It" Last year VH1 Classics played this video way to many times because they are apparently under the false impression that somebody wanted to hear that song.

If you made a time machine for the purpose of killing Hitler, then he wouldn't exist and you wouldn't have to go back in time to kill him anymore, so he wouldn't be dead, so you'd go back in time to kill him, but then AAAAH MY BRANE HURTS

Which is why the "Back to the Future" approach to time travel doesn't work.

Sure it does. You just have to ignore logic. And any scrap of reason.

We Learn The Sea - Dar Williams

This is an incredibly sweet ballad that reminds me of Locke speaking to Millie. It's completely adorable, and the only song I've ever found featuring an 8-year-old captain speaking to someone in a fatherly manner.

"I am the captain and I have been told
But I am not shaken, I am eight years old
And you are still young, but you'll understand
That the stars of the sea are the same for the land
And we came to learn the sea "

I know Locke has never been quite that caring, but..

Because you killed them. And if we perform autopsies on either, we'll get more information to track you down.

Song that remindes of Ozy and Millie is Queens FRIENDS WILL BE FRIENDS and here are the Lyrics.
Another red letter day
So the pound has dropped and the children are creating
The other half ran away
Taking all the cash and leaving you with the lumber
Got a pain in the chest
Doctors on strike what you need is a rest

Its not easy love but youve got friends you can trust
Friends will be friends
When youre in need of love they give you care and attention
Friends will be friends
When youre through with life and all hope is lost
Hold out your hands cos friends will be friends right till the
End

Now its a beautiful day
The postman delivered a letter from your lover
Only a phone call away
You tried to track him down but somebody stole his number
As a matter of fact
Youre getting used to life without him in your way

Its so easy love cos you got friends you can trust
Friends will be friends
When youre in need of love they give you care and attention
Friends will be friends
When youre through with life and all hope is lost
Hold out your hands cos friends will be friends right till the
End

Its so easy love cos you got friends you can trust
Friends will be friends
When youre in need of love they give you care and attention
Friends will be friends
When youre through with life and all hope is lost
Hold out your hands cos friends will be friends right till the
End

Friends will be friends
When youre in need of love they give you care and attention
Friends will be friends
When youre through with life and all hope is lost
Hold out your hands cos right till the end-
Friends will be friends
